Get every detail:

Snorkeling at Nascente Azul is just as amazing as any of the other Bonito MS Brazil spots! Crystal clear waters, colorful fish and good quality equipment come together and provide you with an unforgettable experience.

Another important thing about Nascente Azul, and the reason why so many choose to snorkel here, is the fact that the spring is deep enough that it allows for freediving. Most snorkeling places in Bonito MS Brazil are shallow and limit people's ability to play in the water. Nascente Azul begins at a large enough natural swim hole that you can move around, snorkel, and freedive some.

The water is so clear, that the spring sometimes looks blue. That is the activity's name's origin: Nascente Azul, which literally translates to Blue Spring.

OPERATION*:

- When you arrive at the main areas, hand your voucher to the front desk staff;
- Pay attention to the directions about time and group organization, since there are never more than 9 people at once;
- At the activity's time, the group will be called to receive initial instructions and begin the 20-minute nature walk to the equipment area;
- At the equipment area, the guide will provide more information and hand out the included equipment: Wetsuit, mask, snorkel, and shoes;
- The group then walks for another 10 minutes to get to the first docks, where the guide will review basic snorkeling techniques, explain Bonitosnorkeling rules, and give people a chance to practice;
- After this orientation, everyone goes over the main spring docks, where snorkeling actually begins;
- People can play and enjoy the spring for a short while, before snorkeling down the river for 300 meters;
- Once out of the river, a vehicle picks everyone up and drives the group back to the equipment area;
- After changing, everyone can head back to the main areas and enjoy the lake, the zip line, the hammocks or the other common areas;
- Lunch, when included, may be before or after activity, depending on the scheduled time;
*This whole operation usually lasts 2 hours and 30 minutes, but it may vary due to weather conditions and/or specific group needs;
